Introduction

Welcome to Coloring Book Maker (the “app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please don’t use the app.

Use of the App

The app turns your photos and ideas into coloring pages and offers a library of printable coloring pages, for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app or use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Your Photos and Coloring Pages

Only use photos you own or have permission to use, and respect the privacy of the people in them. Don’t submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or that infringes someone else’s rights. Coloring pages are drawn by an AI service; results can vary and some requests may be refused. You may print, share and gift the pages you create for personal use. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are handled.

Coloring Pass Subscription

The first coloring page is free. The Coloring Pass is an auto-renewable subscription that lets you create up to 10 new coloring pages a day and use the whole printable library without limits. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. All payments are handled by Apple.

Termination

We may suspend access to the app’s online features in case of abuse or breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
